In the 20+ years Saara has been working with people, she has honed her talent to sense what's true, what's important
and how to help others come to understand that for themselves. Her work has taken her all over the world and she's
always impressed and fascinated by each person she works with as they introduce her to new ways of thinking,
understanding and being in the world. When she coaches, she learns as much as she imparts. For her, this is the
critical part of the partnership - to both grow and expand which keeps life fresh and worthwhile.

Moving On
For the past 25 years, Saara has worked inside organizations primarily helping them deal with unsettling change,
improve working relationships and support their employees' professional growth. She's coached leaders and teams at
all levels and worked with organizations large and small, young and mature. It is very fulfilling work.
Now it's time to follow her passion: Helping individuals be truly at peace and fully satisfied with the life
they're creating. Saara's belief is life always evolves - just when we think we get it, everything changes.
Her deep desire is to leverage her years of understanding about change and growth and create a more profound
impact with the people she works with. No longer is she constrained to play within the context of the
work environment - life now is bigger than that.
Always Exploring
Saara has a Masters Degree in Organizational Communication from California State University. She's certified in
many tools that support personal and professional development such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, DDI Teams work,
Interaction Associates work in facilitation, leadership and coaching and PDI Leadership Assessment Instruments.
Saara is currently pursuing more advanced education by gaining a Professional Coaching Certification from New Ventures West.
Saara lives in the San Francisco area with her husband of 20+ years and her young son. They are the light of her life.
Saara finds balance and learns from them about the important stuff and has a lot of fun enjoying life!
